Camp Clayton is situated on the north west coast of Tasmania, just 15 minutes drive from Twin Ferries that dock in Devonport (from Melbourne), or within 20 minutes of the closest airport.  Nearby cities include Devonport and Burnie, with the camp centre just five minutes drive from the closest town, Ulverstone.  The centre is situated right on Bass Strait, with beach frontage access.
